Collisions on Ada bridge paralyze traffic in capital: Footage from the scene, cars moving slowly

Several traffic accidents were reported in Belgrade this morning in which at least four people were injured, and the biggest jams seems to have formed on the Ada bridge.

There were two traffic accidents on this bridge in the direction of New Belgrade, one of which involved several vehicles.

Videos from the scene show that traffic has collapsed and that jams are forming.

According to Telegraf.rs readers, some were stuck in traffic for almost an hour on the approaches to the bridge, and chaos started already in Pozeska Street.

"For more than half an hour I've been stranded near Topcider Park, there's a lot of traffic, it's impossible to get to the bridge from the direction of Dedinje," a reader tells us.

Another say that he has been trapped in the bus No. 85 for 45 minutes.

"We are only just 'climbing' toward the bridge, one meter at a time," he says.

There have been accidents in other places in the city, and one of the reasons seems to be the slippery roads.
