An emotional scene, which was met with enthusiasm and admiration by a large number of people, restores faith in new generations. Hardly anyone was unmoved by the action of 12-year-old Lazar from Gornji Milanovac, who wrapped a puppy he came across in the street in his sweatshirt and jacket, himself remaining only in a short-sleeved T-shirt, and carried him home in his arms.

The boy who delighted Serbia is called Lazar and is an elementary school sixth grader. On Friday, he was filmed wrapping a stray puppy in his sweatshirt and jacket. When he made sure the little dog was warm, he took his backpack and carried him home in his arms.

His parents supported him in this humane act and decided to keep the dog.

This boy's display of care for the dog reached a large number of people in these cold December days and warmed many hearts, and made his parents proud.

The lesson learned from this little boy growing up to be a man with a big soul restores people's faith in empathy and compassion.
