After October, during which we were able to wear summer clothes for the majority of any day, we are now welcoming real winter.

After falling since last night, snow has turned all Serbian mountains white.

The public company Roads of Serbia (JP Putevi Srbije) announced today that there is snow on several sections of 1st-class roads in southwestern Serbia.

Five to ten centimeters of snow fell in Uzice and Ivanjica.

It was also snowing in Sjenica, and as announced, on high mountains of southwestern and southern Serbia, the rain that had been falling this mornings will turn into snow for a short time in the evening.

According to the current weather forecast, true winter weather will prevail in all regions of the country on Sunday.

One video in this vein arrived today from Nova Varos on Mt. Zlatar - for some it's an example of a winter wonderland, while it makes others "freeze."
