Suspects create special space in their car, transport 6 kilograms of cocaine in it: Arrests in Belgrade

Members of the MUP (Interior Ministry) - the Criminal Police Directorate, in cooperation with the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, have arrested A.N. (29) and A.S. (26) from Belgrade on suspicion that they had committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs.

The officers seized about six kilograms of cocaine.

The police arrested the suspects in Belgrade's Filmski Grad neighborhood and, after inspecting a Citroen they were using, discovered a specially made bunker in which six packages of cocaine were found, weighing a total of about six kilograms.

The suspects are now detained for up to 48 hours, and will afterwards be brought to the competent prosecutor's office along with a criminal complaint.
