President Aleksandar Vucic said last night that the situation in the previous period was very complicated for our country, but that we fought and preserved Serbia.

Vucic said that it may sound stupid to say that superhuman efforts were made, because there is no such thing, but that he can say that we prevailed.

"A person takes actions and makes efforts as much as they can. But yes, the situation was very complicated and difficult and we fought and did our job. I think we preserved Serbia despite the fact that even today you don't feel good, and you can't you feel good as long as the terror continues against our people in Kosovo and Metohija," Vucic said on TV Happy.

He added that we will see how what things will look like in the future and that is why today's meeting with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, who is coming to Belgrade, is important.
