The so-called Kosovo police announced today that they seized five cars on suspicion that they contained smuggled goods.

According to a statement, four cars have Serbian license plates, and the fifth vehicle has RKS license plates.

"During the control, a large quantity of goods (food and hygiene products) suspected of being smuggled from Serbia to the republic of Kosovo was found," the statement reads.

It is added that the competent prosecutor was consulted, by order of who the cases for "unauthorized crossing of border crossings or border lines" and "smuggling of goods" were initiated.
