Milan Radoicic's passport confiscated
After the questioning of Milan Radoicic regarding the reasons for ordering his detention, the judge for preliminary proceedings of the Higher Court in Belgrade rejected the proposal of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade to order Radoicic detained for legal reasons, i.e. as a flight risk.
At the same time, a measure of banning him from leaving his place of residence was introduced, which prohibits him from leaving the territory of the Republic of Serbia without the court's approval and prohibits him from going to the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija.
Radoicic was also ordered to report to the police each 1st and 15th of the month. In addition, Radoicic's travel document, namely the passport issued by the Republic of Serbia, has been temporarily confiscated, and the defendant was warned that detention may be ordered against him if he violates these bans and obligations.
The suspect, Milan Radoicic, is charged with the criminal offense of illegal production, possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons and explosive substances in connection with a criminal offense of participation in a group that committed the criminal offense of a grave act against general safety.
