Montenegrin police are looking for a minor, E.S., a resident of the town of Bar, suspected of having committed the criminal offense of damaging the reputation of a foreign country.

This is what the head of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bar, Radovan Djurisic, told Vijesti, when asked about a minor who posted a video on the social network TikTok in which she is seen first tearing up and then spitting on the flag of Serbia.

"Police Administration, Regional Center JUG, Security Department Bar informed the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bar about the video to which your question refers, which shows a minor female tearing up and destroying the national flag of the Republic of Serbia.

The minor has been identified and a search has been launched for her, while the acting prosecutor qualified the action in question as a criminal offense of damaging the reputation of a foreign state or an international organization from article 200 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro", explained Djurisic.

He stressed that the suspect has not yet made a statement, because she is on the run.
