Horror! Kovin man attacks 4 boys, beats 2 with bat, then tries to run them over with his car

P.DJ. (36) from Kovin has been detained by order of the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Smederevo on suspicion of violent behavior towards minors.

He is accused of blocking the way of 16-year-old B.N. with his vehicle, as well as of A.D. (15), Z.S. (16) and S.S. (14), to then start to verbally assault and insulting them. Next, he hit B.N. on the back with a wooden bat, and injured A.D. in the chest area.

The boys suffered minor physical injuries.

The suspect then got into the car and drove violently, approaching the minors at high speed, but they managed to get away and avoid getting hit.

A motor vehicle was taken from the suspect, and after interviewing the victims and witnesses, an indictment proposal will be submitted to the Basic Court in Smederevo.

The criminal offense of violent behavior, committed by a person who perpetrates violence against another, causing a fight or by insolent or reckless behavior, significantly endangers the peace of citizens or seriously disrupts public order and peace, and at the same time inflicts minor physical injury on another, entails imprisonment of 6 months to 5 years.
