We've never seen head coach Pesic so emotional: He had special message as he sent a kiss and a hug

The basketball team of Serbia defeated Lithuania today in a fantastic game, mopping the floor with a great rival. The quarterfinals game ended 87-68 for Serbia and our squad is now a step away from qualifying for the Olympic Games, and we need two favorable results.

The head coach, Svetislav Pesic, masterfully led the team during this match, and afterward was particularly emotional.

He could not hide emotions when he sent a message of support to Borisa Simanic in front of the Sport Klub cameras.

Pesic, who normally doesn't like to show too many emotions, now sent a kiss and a hug to the national team player who is recovering in the hospital after losing a kidney as a result of a blow he suffered during the match against South Sudan earlier in the tournament.

"Hang in there Borisa," Pesic shouted into the camera, sending a kiss and a hug to his player.
