Minister of Labour, Employment, and Veteran and Social Affairs Nikola Selakovic met today with German Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Anette Kramme, during which the partnership relations between the two ministries, as well as the two countries, were confirmed.

Selakovic pointed out that the number of German companies in Serbia, which today employ more than 80,000 workers, is growing year by year, said a statement from his ministry.

The minister recalled that Serbia achieved positive economic results during the Covid pandemic, as well as during the complex security situation in Europe, thanks to the responsible financial policy and measures of the Serbian Government.

Selakovic and Kramme stressed that the process of EU integration and Serbia's accession to the EU is the most important area of cooperation, where Germany's support is of great importance, according to the statement.
