Vucic: With fake pictures of Goran Rakic, they are undermining Serb List at a most difficult time

He said this during a tour of the reconstructed Raska-Novi Pazar road, answering a journalist's question about the point of spreading false news about the president of the Serb List, Goran Rakic, who was shown on social networks, and then by some media, as allegedly spending time on a yacht in Budva - even though it was actually the founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, who was in the photo.

"They are doing this on the day when the (Kosovo) Albanians made the decision about expropriation, when there are still seven days left until they will try to occupy the building in northern Mitrovica and in the days when the Albanians are trying to illegally revoke the license of Telekom Srbija," Vucic said, according to Tanjug.

He added that this is done as Serbian goods have been banned from enter Kosovo and Metohija for three months, when Serb hospitals in Kosovo and Metohija are running out of medicines.

Vucic stressed that this is not only about social networks, but that yesterday Albanian language media in Pristina - after some Serbs posted a fake photo or a photo-montage (of Rakic) showing Jeff Bezos and his girlfriend or wife in an almost explicit act, saying it was a picture of Goran Rakic - also published that post.

He added that on this occasion some ambassadors called Goran Rakic, some even called Vucic's cabinet, to say, "wow, what a scandal!"

"After the Albanian media, it was also posted on Telegram by some supposedly pro-Russia channels, great patriots always on the same side as Kurti. Why? Goran Rakic has not been to the seaside in two years, his mother was seriously ill, bed-ridden and he had to care for her, she died 20 days ago, on August 9.

He was with his people when they (Pristina police) wanted to beat them, and when he got booed him because there are fools there, false patriots like Jovic and others who did nothing for the Serb people but mistreated women while they were in power in Kosovo. Imagine Goran Rakic suddenly turning into Jeff Bezos. And then they added, "look at what he (Rakic) is doing while Lune, Milenko, Obrenovic (Serbs arrested in Kosovo) and others are in prison," said Vucic.

He added that it will be difficult for Rakic to go from account to account on social networks and explain that it was not him in the photo, and that now the question becomes how to respond to a lie repeated many times.
