EXCLUSIVE Borivoje, from whom Rita Ora took Serbian flag, speaks for Telegraf: "It's not my fault"
A guy from Hungary called Borivoje, from whom the singer of (Kosovo) Albanian origin Rita Ora took the flag of Serbia during a concert, which she then draped herself in, toldTelegraf about his impressions, but also revealed to us that he adores Serbia.
Borivoje explained that he is is a Hungarian citizen, from a mixed marriage, with a Serbian mother, which is why he brought the flag to the concert.
"I was born in Hungary, my mother is Serbian, I went to the Szeged festival and I always carry the Serbian flag with me. I brought it in without any problems, they love Serbs a lot in Szeged and they didn't cause any problems," Borivoje revealed to Telegraf.
"I came earlier to take a seat in the first row in order to shoot a video - (showing) the flag of Serbia at Rita's concert."
He said that he didn't actually give her the flag, but that the singer took it herself and put it over her shoulders, which surprised him, too.
"She surprised me as well, she approached and took the flag from my hands. I just wanted to make a TikTok video. No one else was there with the flag of Serbia except me."
Finally, he pointed out that he didn't have any problems after that, and that after the concert he also talked to an Albanian who saw everything and told him that he was "very disappointed in Rita."
"I didn't have any problem after that. I talked to an Albanian after the concert and I told him that she took the flag from my hands, and he said that he saw that it was not my fault and that he was very disappointed in her," Borivoje concluded his statement for our portal.
