Vucevic meets with Minister Karan in Banja Luka: "Internal affairs and defense cooperation progressing"

Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia and Minister of Defense Milos Vucevic met today in Banja Luka with Minister of Internal Affairs of the Serb Republic (RS) Sinisa Karan. The meeting was attended by the chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Army, General Milan Mojsilovic.

During the meeting, cooperation in the field of defense and internal affairs was discussed and it was noted that it is successfully taking place in the common interest.

Also, part of the meeting was devoted to cooperation in the field of education, given that based on a training contract concluded with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS, cadets of the Police Academy of the RS are trained at the University of Defense in Belgrade.

At today's meeting, Ministers Vucevic and Karan discussed the current political and security situation in the region and in the world.

The meeting was attended by Assistant Minister for Material Resources Dr. Nenad Miloradovic, and cabinet chiefs of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Zarko Micin and Brigadier General Goran Momcilovic.
