Two young people lost their lives in a serious traffic accident that happened last night, around midnight, in Vrcin. Unofficially, a locomotive hit a Peugeot that had three teenagers driving inside.

The police were at the scene of the tragedy, as well as a large number of citizens mourning the victims.

According to them, the train dragged the Peugeot as much as 70 meters due to the force of the impact.

Parts of a crushed vehicle, the damaged locomotive, broken glass... all testify to the tragedy.

At the Vrcin level crossing, the locomotive that was not pulling train cars hit the right side of the Peugeot 308 around midnight last night, resulting in the deaths of two youths.

The emergency team that arrived at the scene confirmed the death of the driver, 18-year-old Vuk G. and of a passenger, a girl, 16-year-old A.B.

Another passenger in the vehicle, M.DJ. (18) was transported to the Emergency Center.

She sustained minor injuries.

The Peugeot was moving from the direction of Vrcin towards Kasapovac and at the moment when it crossed the railway line, a freight train (locomotive) came by, which hit the right side of the vehicle..

The 18-year-old driver was the son of a well known doctor, he liked to ride his motorcycle. According to photos on his social networks, he often went on skiing and other vacations with his parents.
