K. K. (14), a boy suspected of committing a mass shooting at the Vladislav Ribnikar Elementary School in Belgrade, is currently being interrogated by order of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office, and is testifying in the proceedings against his father, Vladimir Kecmanovic, who is charged with the serious crime against general security.

As we have unofficially learned, the five questions he needs to answer are these:

  1. Did his father abuse him?
  2. What the relationship between his mother, father and sister was?
  3. Did his father take him to a shooting range?
  4. Did he teach him to shoot?
  5. Did he give him the code to the gun safe?

It is suspected that Vladimir Kecmanovic kept the weapons without permission, as well as that he trained his son how to handle them.

Higher Court seizes property of father of Vladislav Ribnikar massacre suspect

Vladimir Kecmanovic, the father of the boy K.K., who is suspected of committing mass murder at the Vladislav Ribnikar Elementary School, had his property temporarily seized by the Higher Court in Belgrade so that he could not sell it. This was done at the suggestion of the plaintiffs.

Namely, the judge for preliminary proceedings of the Higher Court in Belgrade issued a decision in which he adopted the proposal filed by S.S.C., B.A., M.M., I.B., N.K., D.D., B.A., A.A and R.V.J. to adopt temporary security measures over this property, prohibiting the defendant V.K. from disposing of it, including:

- an apartment in Belgrade,

- ideal parts of a business space in Belgrade and

- a passenger motor vehicle

Temporary measures can last until the final conclusion of the criminal proceedings.
