Before Wimbledon semifinals Djokovic got biggest support from Belgrade: Kids show how much Nole means to them
Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic is one step away from creating new pages of history, because he is only missing a victory from the new final of a Grand Slam tournament and the fight for the record 24th Grand Slam in his career, which will establish him at the very top of the table of the best in the world of tennis.
Djokovic's opponent in the semi-finals is the young Italian Jannik Sinner, who has the right to hope for a surprise, but he must not forget that he has a true, but also legitimate "GOAT" of world tennis to fight against, who no one can dispute.
It is clear to everyone what stake this match has for Djokovic, how much the new final will mean to him, and the children in Serbia also understood that, where the biggest support came from Belgrade.
In the complex of the Comtrade company in New Belgrade, quite a large number of children gathered and sent Novak perhaps the biggest support before his new Grand Slam tournament onslaught.
"Nole, Nole," it echoed through the corridors and the yard of the company, once again showing who Novak Djokovic really is and how much he means to everyone in this country.
For the children of its employees, Comtrade, the largest domestic IT company, designed and realized a free summer camp called Summer IT Adventure at its campus in Belgrade.
Children aged from the first to the fifth grade of elementary school had the opportunity to have fun with many creative games, learn and master new skills and awaken some new interests. Programming, English language, sailing, handball, volleyball, basketball, karate and athletics workshops were part of the daily activities, and the water day party was the highlight of the fun for the little ones!
In accordance with the spirit of sportsmanship that prevailed at the camp, the children cheered, and cheered on, for Novak, with all their heart.
