Teenager arrested for committing murder in Belgrade's Banovo Brdo

A minor, L.S. (17), has been arrested on suspicion of stabbing Marko A. (31) to death using a knife, and severely wounding the victim's friend Branko D. (27) last night in Belgrade's Banovo Brdo neighborhood, Telegraf has learned.

He was immediately taken to the Juvenile Department of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office for questioning.

M.A. (31) was killed last night near the elementary school Milos Crnjanski in Zarkovacka Street, prompting the police to launch Operation Vihor.

We learned at the scene that the murder happened outside the schoolyard.
