First photos from the double murder-suicide scene in Pancevo: "They seemed happy"

Russian citizen G.A.B. (51) killed his son (9) G.A.A. with a knife and then also his wife of G.O.B. (50). Later he hanged himself. This happened in an apartment in Pancevo, and their bodies were found last night.

"He was a surgeon, and she was a pediatrician. They came to Pancevo last year to avoid mobilization. We saw the Russian playing with his son in the yard. Smiling... Her son from her first marriage also lived with them, but he was deported to take part in the war. I hear that he (the husband) killed them with a knife," says one of the neighbors and adds that "there was blood all over the apartment."

The investigation is being conducted by the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Pancevo.

The on-duty deputy public prosecutor went to the scene to investigate, she ordered a forensic and medical autopsy of the bodies, analysis of the body tissues for the presence of narcotics, alcohol and sedative-based drugs - the prosecutor's office told Telegraf.rs.

They added that other evidence needed to determine all the circumstances of the event is being collected.
