Borrell after meeting with Kurti: The current situation is dangerous and unsustainable

The EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy Josep Borrell assessed the current situation in Kosovo and Metohija as dangerous and unsustainable, reports Kosovo Online.
Borrell wrote on Twitter that he met with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Bratislava to discuss the tensions in the north of Kosovo.
"The current situation is dangerous and unsustainable. We need urgent de-escalation and a solution through the dialogue to return to our work on implementing the agreement reached," Borrell wrote.
The meeting between Borrell and Kurti was also attended by the EU special representative for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Miroslav Lajcak.
