Minister Vucevic arrives at Raska garrison

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Milos Vucevic arrived at the Raska garrison today, where a part of the Serbian Army units sent to the administrative line between central Serbia and Kosovo and Metohija are deployed.

Minister Vucevic will hold a meeting with senior officers of the Serbian Army, when the current security situation will be discussed.

"The Serbian Army is at the highest level of combat readiness, in accordance with the decision of President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Serbian Army Aleksandar Vucic, and is monitoring the development of the situation on the ground along with other security forces of the Republic of Serbia," the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
