The well-known YouTuber and car mechanic Mirko Rasic (33) was found dead today in a hall in Surcin, a Belgrade municipality, Telegraf.rs has learned.

He worked with his father from the age of nine, and was also a popular YouTuber in the field of mechanics and automobiles.

Mirko really loved what he was doing and tried to be the best at it. His selfless sharing of professional knowledge and the way he presented it on social networks attracted a large number of lovers of mechanics and car enthusiasts in a very short period of time.

"Approaching the audience as a 'man of the people' he debunks prejudices that car mechanics are dirty and often dishonest. Mirko had a huge influence on some new kids who love cars and follow in his footsteps," reads the description of his YouTube channel, which has more than 140,000 subscribers.

He posted the last video on his channel two days ago:

A colleague who was supposed to meet with him found the body of Mirko Rasic hanged. The investigation will conclude officially whether this was a suicide.
