Last night, many Belgraders were woken up by the terrifying sound of thunder - lightnings were tearing across the sky, and only the bravest dared to go "hunting" for them.

A picture of a mighty lightning that "connected" heaven and earth was taken from the Omladinskih Brigada Street in New Belgrade.

It is not clear where this lightning struck, but it is quite possible that it happened on the opposite bank of the Sava River.
