Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic is on a two-day visit to the US, during which he will participate in the session of the United Nations Security Council, where the new six-month report of UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres regarding the work of the UN Mission in Kosovo and Metohija (UNMIK) will be considered.

The meeting will be held in the morning local time.

During his visit to the US, Minister Dacic will meet today with Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, that country's permanent representative to the UN.

The topics of the meeting will be the session of the Security Council dedicated to the work of UNMIK, bilateral relations and strategic dialogue with the US, as well as dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.

The previous meeting of the UN Security Council dedicated to the work of the UNMIK mission was held in October last year.
