Maternity clinic reacts to a nurse filming naked women, broadcasting live on social media from delivery room

The management of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic (GAK) Narodni Front in Belgrade is appalled and strongly condemns the actions of a nurse, who goes by the name of Jellena on social networks, where she shares videos from the operating room, i.e. broadcasts live from there, Telegraf.rs has been told by this clinic.

"At the same time, we would like to thank everyone who pointed out this kind of incident to us in a timely manner, so that we could react promptly and take all the necessary measures so that something like this never happens again. The nurse who committed a serious violation of work duties and obligations as well as professional ethics was immediately suspended following an emergency procedure, and disciplinary proceedings have been initiated," the clinic said, and added that the measure prohibiting the use of mobile phones in the maternity ward and the operating rooms is still in force.

The nurse went as far as to go live on TikTok and show a woman giving birth by C-section, and receiving epidural anesthesia before that.

She would inform her online followers in advance about the time of the broadcasts and encouraged them to ask her questions.
