"The mother-in-law of S.S. (33) told the prosecution that her ex-son-in-law barged into the house where she was at the time with her daughter J.G. (32), who is his ex-wife, and that their one-year-old baby was there as well. She said that the ex-son-in-law grabbed a chair, hit her with it on the back, and then hit her daughter twice in the head and threatened to kill her. She jumped, and then he took a plate and threw it. The plate broke and cut the baby's face above the eye," Telegraf has been told.
The two women refused medical help, but the baby was treated.
A breathalyzer test revealed that S.S. had 1.21 permilles of alcohol in his blood.
Upon further investigation, it was established that there had been previous reports of violence in this family. A domestic violence complaint was filed now against S.S. and he has been detained.
