Woman beaten with hammer by her drunken son passes away: Danica from Smederevo lost her battle after 33 days

The Higher Court in Smederevo has detained D.N. because on suspicion that he drunkenly killed his mother Danica N. (75), using a hammer as the murder weapon.

This horrific case of domestic violence took place on February 23.

The intoxicated son was hitting his mother with the hammer until she passed out.

She was admitted to the hospital in serious condition, and died on March 29.

An autopsy showed gruesome injuries inflicted by her son all over the woman's body.

At the time of his arrest, the suspect had more than two permilles of alcohol in his blood.
