Montenegro got a new president on Sunday. In the second round of the presidential elections, Jakov Milatovic won and will replace Milo Djukanovic as head of state.

Not long after the preliminary results arrived, which showed that Milatovic had a convincing lead, his supporters took to the streets in many towns in Montenegro and started celebrating.

Fireworks and flares were lit in Niksic, Podgorica, Herceg Novi, Bijelo Polje...

In Berane, a Serbian tricolor, 120 meters long, was unfurled, which had been used previously in processions organized to defend Serbian Orthodox Church property in Montenegro.
