One of the biggest tourist attractions in Serbia, Gold Gondola, will stop working for a few days, from March 27 until April 6.

The good news is that the gondola will be open around both the Catholic and Orthodox Easter weekends, so if you are planning a vacation for the holidays - you will be able to take a ride on it.

The Public Company Gold Gondola announced that the interruption occurs due to works on the administrative building at the departing station, and regular maintenance.

Otherwise, riding this gondola is an extraordinary experience that you should not miss, and enjoy unreal view of the slopes of Zlatibor and the wonderful nature.

There is also one surprise on the route.

Namely, on the way to the Tornik peak, there is an intermediate station, near Lake Ribnica. This means that the cabin will slow down, the doors will open at the station and it is possible to exchange passengers.

If you stay, an exciting ride across the lake follows, and then a climb to Tornik, where you can refresh yourself with drinks and delicious food.
