Teen girl and minor arrested with almost 9 kilos of drugs: They got the "goods" from a man on Mt. Kopaonik

J.M. (19) was questioned on Tuesday at the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, on suspicion that together with a minor, she was illegally transporting narcotics for further sale. During the hearing, the suspect defended herself by remaining silent, that is, she used her legal right not to present a defense.

After the hearing, the prosecution proposed to the court that the suspect be detained for up to 30 days so that she does not repeat the crime in a short period of time. The suspect is charged with the criminal offense of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs.

According to the investigation, on March 12, J.M. went to Mt. Kopaonik in a Smart car and took from an unknown person a black travel bag containing a total of 8.5 kilograms of marijuana packed in 20 packages, put it in the trunk of the vehicle she was driving, while there was a minor in the passenger seat.

The proceedings against the minor will be carried out separately. While returning to Belgrade, the suspects were stopped by police officers from the SBPOK unit and arrested.
