Permit revoked for controversial building over a river in Tutin: 2,000 square meters have become illegal
The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure has canceled the building permit for a four-story building built over the Vidrenjak River in Tutin, according to Blic Biznis.
The decision was made on January 23, and thus the previous one by the Urban Planning Department of the Tutin Municipality, dated April 2015, was annulled. At that time, investor Mersudin Dazdarevic was granted a permit for the construction of the controversial building with about 2,000 square meters, over the river itself, in the center of Tutin.
According to the report, the Ministry's decision also states that the commercial and residential building in question "appeared" on land that is entered in the real estate records as water.
It is also stated that its purpose is not in accordance with the purpose foreseen in the planning document, i.e. the construction of pedestrian and car bridges, as well as that this is impossible to legally execute.
More than 7 years ago, Dazdarevic was given a building permit for a commercial and residential building over the river, as well as supporting documents: the main design of the completed building, proof of ownership, geodetic survey...
At the end of November last, the Republic Inspection started supervision of this building and this was announced by Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Goran Vesic.
As he stated then, consent for construction was given, which none of the officials should have ever issued.
