World Police Summit in Dubai: Minister Gasic and Serbia honored at event's opening

Serbian Minister of Internal Affairs Bratislav Gasic is on an official visit to the United Arab Emirates, where he attended the opening of the World Police Summit, which will be held in Dubai from March 7 to 9.

On that occasion, Minister Gasic spoke with Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as well as with the commander of the Dubai Police, Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, and President of Interpol Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi.

A great honor was shown to Minister Gasic and the state of Serbia, since he was seated right next to the sheikh during the opening of the summit.

Minister Gasic also spoke with Director General of Dubai State Security Talal Humaid Belhoul.

The event is an opportunity for world officials to meet and exchange experiences in the field of security, while an exhibition of police equipment and weapons will be shown as part of the summit.
