"Serbia continues to fight for itself": Vucic sums up the previous week in a video

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic has posted a video on Instagram detailing the most important events and meetings of the past week and assessed that it was a very busy one.

"Many telephone conversations, meetings and intensive communications with top officials of Europe and the world, marked this really hard working week," states the post quoted by TV Pink.

"Serbia continues to fight for itself and its place among developed countries - we received a grant of over 600 million euros from the EU, which will better connect the big cities in Serbia with Europe and the world and raise standards in our railway transport, while with Emir Al-Thani, the ruler of Qatar, we discussed new big investments and opportunities for strategic partnership, which would give not only a special flavor to our friendly relations, but also additional momentum to the growth of Serbia.
