A teen arrested on suspicion of killing his relative: The woman was hit with hammer, stabbed, and strangled

The police in Subotica have arrested LJ.B. (16) on suspicion that he killed his relative S.M. (65) last night in a house in the village of Milosevo near Becej, Telegraf.rs has learned.

The crime was reported yesterday by the father of the detained teenager.

LJ.B. is understood to have hit his cousin with a hammer, stabbed her with a knife and finally strangled her.

The competent prosecutor's office has been informed about the case.

The victim's sister was in front of the house where the crime took place. The police were still investigating this morning.

"I'm stunned. I can't believe what happened. She wouldn't hurt a fly, she didn't hold a grudge against anyone. She had no money," the sister of the murdered woman told Telegraf.rs.
