Large seizure of drugs in Croatia, Serbian citizen also arrested: Police found 400 kilos of various narcotics

The Zagreb police announced today that the criminal investigation into the seizure of 400 kilograms of various narcotics in a weekend house in Zelina, when a Croatian and a Serbian citizen got arrested, has been completed.
The drugs were seized in the rented cottage, and they are various types of narcotics, mainly marijuana and ecstasy, so-called "speed," worth about one million euros.
The head of the Criminal Service and the head of the Analytics and Public Relations Service, Goran Laus and Marija Goati, said at a press conference that this is a significant seizure of drugs for Croatia and one of the largest in the last 10 years.
Jutarnji List writes that the police discovered the drugs in a rented cottage in the Zelina area, which apparently served for drug storage used by the criminals who sold it.
In addition to drugs, the officials said that a smaller quantity of weapons was also found - short rifles with silencers and hundreds of bullets, as well as a kilogram of plastic explosives of great destructive power.
