Chaos in Belgrade neighborhood: Around 100 masked fans gather, an ax, a "butterfly" knife, flares found

Last night, the police reacted after a tip-off that there were football fans in the Brace Jerkovic neighborhood in Belgrade who, as Telegraf has been told, came in 20 vehicles, some of them wearing balaclavas.

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Vozdovac Police Station, together with Intervention Teams, the Police Brigade and the Zvezdara Police Station checked 78 people and 17 vehicles in Rada Vranjesevica Street last night.

An ax, a "butterfly" knife, flares, sprays, buckets of paint, balaclavas and gloves were found.

On the order of a misdemeanors judge, the persons who were found in possession of pyrotechnic devices and a knife were taken into custody and misdemeanor complaints were filed against them under regular procedure.
