This is where Serbs in Australia gather: Take a look at the beautiful Holy Trinity Church in Melbourne
The large Serb community in Melbourne is mainly concentrated in the south-eastern and western parts of the city, so there are also places of worship there, of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
The beautiful temple of the Holy Trinity is one of the churches where our people gather to celebrate our holidays.
The Holy Trinity Church is located in the suburb of Brunswick, about 45 minutes' walk from the urban core of the city.
There is the church, and two outbuildings on the property, with a lawn that fits into a very nice and clean environment inside the fences.
The head of the temple and the parish priest is Milorad Loncar, originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the first parish priest is Metar Damjanovic, a native of Ub, a town in western Serbia.
Eight churches of the Serbian Orthodox Church are located in the urban part of Melbourne, and the Holy Trinity Church is the closest to the city center.
The Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) Metropolitanate of Australia and New Zealand covers this city.
