Serbia can relax: Novak starts training session after all, good news from Australian Open!
After the news that Novak Djokovic had withdrawn from training for the second consecutive day before the start of the Australian Open, some good news has finally arrived from Melbourne.
Our reporter, Milos Becagovic, who is in Melbourne, says that Novak headed to the National Tennis Center, where he will warm up for the match against Roberto Carballes Baena.
Earlier today, Djokovic's name removed from the training schedule at the Australian Open, which further fueled speculation that his injury from Adelaide was of a more serious nature.
Nevertheless, the Serb still decided to go out on the court today, and a bandage could clearly be seen on the leg he injured during the previous tournament - you can see that in the gallery on this page.
The match between Novak Djokovic and Roberto Carballes Baena is scheduled for tomorrow and will not start before 10:30 our time.
