Vucic's greetings on Serb Republic Day: May it remain the driver of prosperity and foundation of stability

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has sent a congratulatory message to President Milorad Dodik on the occasion of the RS Day and said that the RS should remain the driver of prosperity and the foundation of stability, despite all the challenges, reports Tanjug.

"From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you on the Day of the Serb Republic, with best wishes for progress, peace and well-being of all citizens," Vucic said in his message.

He added that the power of a nation is measured by the strength of its people.

"While at the same time celebrating the feast of St. Stefan, we remind ourselves that the power of a nation is measured by the strength of its unity and steadfastness in preserving the spirituality, language, script, identity, historical and cultural heritage, and its greatness - by nurturing the highest ethical and human values and ideals, as well as the willingness to share their good with others. This is exactly the kind of the RS that should remain the driver of prosperity and the foundation of stability, despite all the challenges," Vucic stressed, according to the presidential press service.

The president of Serbia stated that we continue to fight together for peace and well-being with work, knowledge, creativity and good will towards everyone who is ready to sincerely accept the hand we extend to work together, so that the entire region can move on the path of progress, for the benefit of all citizens who live on these areas.

Serbia, as before, will consistently support the implementation of the provisions of the Dayton Agreement, respecting the integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the integrity of the RS within its constitutional framework, said Vucic.

"In such efforts, as always before, Serbia will be your strongest stronghold and support, because the ties that bind us, as brothers who throughout history have shared both good and bad, are unbreakable and eternal. I wish to all the citizens of the RS to always celebrate the holidays in peace, to look forward to togetherness and ties that no one can break, to take care of our descendants by respecting our ancestors and to continue working on projects that connect us and build a better and safer future for everyone," said Vucic.

"Long live the Serb Republic! Long live Serbia!," the president of Serbia concluded his congratulatory message.
