Although this space for rent on the Sava River is more than just some "little room," it is listed in the "rooms" category on a real estate advertising site.

The 15-square meter structure has a double bed and is classed as LUX new construction. The ad also says that monthly utility bills are not charged, while the rent can be paid monthly, and the space is furnished.

It can also be rented for a day, for 70 euros, or for a longer period, 700 euros per month. It should also be noted that this tiny apartment on the river can be rented for the New Year, when the following prices apply: 2 nights cost 300, and 3 nights 400 euros.

The full description of the ad:

"We rent apartments in an exclusive location on a new raft on the Sava River, in the center of Belgrade, with a private 25 square meter terrace and a unique view of five bridges and Belgrade Waterfront. Each apartment has private parking, WiFi, air conditioning, cable TV, bathroom and a double bed."

The ad notes that two - 15 and 12 square meter - apartments are available.

"The cost of heating, electricity and hot water are included in the price. Guests (renters) can use a parking space next to the raft itself, as well as a dining room," it continues.

However, we believe that the view is by far the most attractive "detail" about this room - or apartment. What do you think?
