More Kosovo police troops deployed in the north

A little before 10 o'clock this morning, at least 20 police officers were deployed to several locations near the office of the Municipal Election Commission, while two EULEX vehicles are also present nearby, Novosti daily writes.

For now, it is not known what the motives of the so-called Kosovo police are, since last night they also occupied the outskirts of the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica, while this morning around 7 am they retreated from there, only to appear at this location after a few hours, where they were also present last night in groups of several people.

The reappearance of Kosovo police officers, who are not stopping vehicles for the time being, further disturbed the residents of this part of the city, who were almost absent from the streets this morning.
