The most expensive plot of agricultural land was sold in Kac

The most expensive square meter in the third quarter was recorded in Belgrade Waterfront, where a 97 sq meter apartment in a new building was sold for 10,400 euros per square meter, according to the Republic Geodetic Authority's report published today, covering Q3 of this year.

The most expensive apartment in a new building was bought for 1.28 million euros in Belgrade's Vracar municipality, and its size is 301 square meters.

The most expensive house was sold in the territory of Savski Venac for 5.1 million euros, while the most expensive square of office space went for 10,110 euros in Belgrade's Old Town (Stari Grad).

The area of that office space is 179 square meters, so that is also overall the highest price in Serbia. The most expensive square of agricultural land was in the territory of the city of Sabac, it was 25 euros per square meters for a plot of 56 ares.

The most expensive plot of agricultural land was sold in Kac - 125.5 hectares for 1.53 million euros. The Authority announced that the total volume of funds on the real estate market in Serbia in the 3rd quarter was 1.7 billion euros, which is an increase of 10.6 percent compared to the same period in 2021.

935.2 million euros were spent on sale of apartments, of which 579.6 million were in the territory of the city of Belgrade. In the total real estate market, apartments account for 57 percent, i.e. 1 percent more than in the same period in 2021.

A total of 171.1 million euros were spent on sale of houses, weekend homes and residential buildings, 122 million euros on construction land, 66.8 million euros on business premises and 52.5 million euros on agricultural land.

The Authority added that one in ten property transactions was paid for with a loan, which is 4 percent less year-on-year. A quarter of apartments in this period in Serbia were paid for from loans, which is 8 percent less than in 2021.
