Dejan V., who was arrested on Friday for participating in a fight and the beating of Darko Lilic, the son of the former president of Yugoslavia, Zoran Lilic, was questioned at the Third Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, where he confessed to the crime he was charged with.

As Telegraf.rs has learned, after presenting his defense, he was put under house arrest.

"I admit that I beat Darko," Dejan told the prosecutor, but refused to state the reason for the conflict.

Telegraf.rs reported earlier that the police was called by a security worker at the West 65 Tower who said he had a video of the fight.

"The video shows two men brutally beat Darko, then put him in an SUV and drive to the Ada Bridge. A few minutes later, two other men who were in charge of wiping up the blood arrived at the scene of the attack," said our source close to the investigation.

Suspect Dejan V. was convicted of participating in a fight that preceded an attempted murder in 2019, in front of a raft club in New Belgrade.
