Serbia helping out North Macedonia: The only place to which we'll export natural gas
≫
The Government of Serbia has amended the decision on a temporary ban on the export of natural gas, so it will be available for export to North Macedonia after all.
The decision was changed three days after its adoption on October 20.
The temporary ban on export and taking out of natural gas was introduced in order to prevent the threat of critical shortages caused by the global disruption in the energy market.
The goal is to ensure safe supply of the Serbian market, it is stated in the main text of the decision.
