Markovic: A guarantee fund would ensure stability of agricultural production in Serbia

Three deputies took the oath today in the Serbian Assembly, among them vice-president of PUPS Solidarity and Justice Dragan Markovic Markoni.

Markovic will contribute to the implementation of the idea of PUPS Solidarity and Justice leader Milan Krkobabic to set up a guarantee fund, which would ensure stability of agricultural production in Serbia. Namely, Serbian President Aleksandra Vucic and Minister Milana Krkobabic also agree on this issue.

Taking into account the current political and security situation in the world, and that not even the greatest analysts can predict to what extent it will escalate, the idea of the leadership of the PUPS party about rebuilding and development of rural areas is very much significant for the coming period, so that Serbian farmers survive and remain in the village in these difficult times.

"In such geostrategic relations, respect for international law is very important, which is what the current leadership of Serbia, as well as some opposition leaders, is committed to. PUPS Solidarity and Justice stands for protecting Serbia's national interests, which should be considered through the trade in goods with Western countries, as well as the energy trade with the Russian Federation and other countries, in order to ensure the economic and security stability of the citizens of Serbia," said Markovic, and concluded:

"In this context, deputies from PUPS Solidarity and Justice and their coalition partners will look to propose and vote for laws that will benefit citizens of Serbia the most."
