SBB wishes to warn the public and users of its services that disinformation is spreading about the sale of this company.

"We want to state clearly that SBB is not being sold," the company announced.

"Our users are being recommended to switch to the services of another provider, and they tell us that sales people are persistently trying to convince them that it is better to replace their SBB equipment as soon as possible. Serbians are also posting about similar experiences on social networks.

We are shocked by the methods used this time against the SBB company, because this strategy of directly deceiving citizens while fighting to gain customers is unheard of in Serbia in the field of telecommunications. Due to all of the above, we are forced to make a public announcement and inform our subscribers and citizens that the SBB company has not been sold, nor will that happen," the company's announcement posted on its website specifies, among other things.
