An elevator has been officially unveiled in Zivinice, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The town's mayor, Samir Kamenjakovic, the director of the Health Center, Hidajet Rahimic, and Chairman of the City Council Nail Jusic proudly declared the elevator open.

"Today, in the presence of Mayor Samir Kamenjakovic, a newly built elevator was officially opened in our institution. The elevator worth about 100,000 KM (Bosnian marks) was built from the funds of the City of Zivinice," the local healthcare center announced on its official Facebook page.

They added that "this facilitates access to Health Center services located on the 1st and 2nd floor for persons with reduced mobility and persons with disabilities."

As can be seen in the photos, the elevator was decorated with balloons, and the officials cut the ribbon.
