Members of KFOR remain at the administrative crossings in Jarinje and Brnjak in a reinforced composition and closely monitor the situation, this mission announced.

"There is no change in the visible and agile behavior of KFOR throughout Kosovo. NATO's lead mission continues to closely monitor the situation, the KFOR East Regional Command maintains a presence near the Jarinje and Brnjak crossings, with established traffic checkpoints and ongoing patrols in the area together with the Multinational Carabinieri Unit and EULEX," said a response to the Kosovo Online portal.

The portal asked whether KFOR remains in the reinforced composition in the north of Kosovo. The mission added that KFOR continues to play a fundamental and neutral role in ensuring security throughout Kosovo and stability throughout the Western Balkans region.
