The driver who hit a young man in the street with his car last week in Vlasotince has been identified, the MUP has confirmed for Telegraf.
The driver has not yet been arrested, and he was allegedly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
The accident happened on August 10, and as you can see in the video, upon impact, the pedestrian was thrown several meters away. According to unofficial information, the young man suffered leg and spine fractures and is in a coma.
The Higher Public Prosecution in Leskovac is conducting the investigation.
