Racism on a Belgrade city bus: A man verbally attacks, gets in the faces of Romani who are standing calmly

A disgraceful racist outburst has been filmed on a city transport bus in Belgrade.

A passenger for no apparent reason attacked several young men of Romani ethnicity who were standing peacefully, the video published on the Moj Beograd Instagram account shows.

He stood at the door and used derogatory language to suggest that the Romani wanted to exist, and then, unprovoked, stood in front of them and assumed an aggressive posture.

When the young men stepped back, he cursed them and continued to glare at them. He addressed them by saying, "There are too many of you," while other passengers advised them to exit by the front door.

"You don't do anything, it eats me alive that we all work for you. You are nowhere in the budget, to contribute (taxes). It eats me alive, get a job," said the man.

However, in the end he left the bus himself, while the distressed young men remained inside.
